YEREVAN — The investigation into the March 1 case has been restructured and divided into five separate areas of inquiry.

In 2025, authorities decided to give the March 1 investigation a new direction. At the instruction of Armenia’s Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan, an investigative team involving more than 20 investigators was formed. A separate team of prosecutors was also established.

As part of the restructuring, the case was divided into five distinct investigative areas .
