The founder of Pan Armenian Youth International Centre Foundation is the Republic of Armenia. The goverment of Armenia founds it and ruling body is the Custody. Council headed by the Prime Minister of Armenia. The idea of creating the fund was the result of the first Pan Armenian conference which took place in Yerevan 1999 September. The main goal of this fund is to create a link organization between the youth of Armenia and Diaspora. So to say the idea is to make a new model of relationship in youth movement. The tasks of activity: -assistance to the youth movement in Armenia and Diaspora in studying and bringing to life the plans. -bringing to agreement the state youth policy and youth association. -gathering of youth in professional and thematic meetings of Pan Armenian sphere of forming the banking professional facts and methods of treatment. -organizing of the rest of Diaspora and Armenia young representatives to show the places of interest: museums churches to enlarge their knowladge. -creating of the international youth territorial center with all its corresponding brunches of activity. -exchanching of the young representatives realization of the meeting plans creation of the corresponding links. -developing of the conferance activity. So the first and the main aim of the founds is to estaplish friendly links between Armenia and Diaspora youth association to make a new step in cultural educational and charitable developing activity are: the realization of Pan Armenian movement plans; the evolution of the mental and working potentialities; creation and realization of the professional and banking staff; organization of the youth rest and tourism; formation of the territorial center. For this purpose the Armenian Governmant has given the office in Yerevan to the administration of the found and the hotel complex in Dzaghgatsor where the repairing is going on now which are realized by Armenian government and Lincy foundation. The Governmant of Armenia takes care of the office providing with money from the state budget.
